We are 1/3 of the way thru the season and the gap is starting to widen between the real squads and the pretenders….the 3 top teams in the league (Manzke, Carroll and McEdldowney) were predicted to be 8th, 6th and 4th respectively while the bottom 3 (DeCarlo, Harrigan and Hanigan) were all predicted to be terrible. Not really sure what this means outside of the fact that we all knew that DeCarlo and Hanigan were going to be brutal teams.

now that the holiday season is over, i promise to have the blog updated more expeditiously…unless we lose, then it will definitely drag for a few days.

6pm J Healy over B Healy
J Healy snuck a win here and definitely didn’t deserve it….team Orange had what seemed to be 5 different opportunities to win this game and couldnt finish. if there were 2 more seconds in each half, Pat Statham would have had 6 more points and team Boaf would have won

7pm Mac over Hanigan
the trio of Slager, Kennedy and Mac were too much for team Hanigan. 66-62 final that was closer than it looked……team Hanigan is currently sitting at 2-3 which means that if the season were to end today, Hanigan would owe a lot of people $$

8pm DeCarlo over Harrigan
terrible embarassing loss for team Harrigan….this team is definitely the most disappointing team year to date and according to the Harrigans, its all on Gollogly. impressive win for team DeCarlo though, highlight of the game was when Joe DeCarlo made a nice defensive play late in the 2nd half, knocking the ball out off of the other team and proceeded to yell louder than ive ever heard a man yell….gotta celebrate something Crud!

9pm Carroll over O’Malley
hard fought game on both ends, the better team came out with the victory. Team Carroll is scrappy on D and if they can find a way to score the ball, will be a force to reckon with. Team O’Malley is at a crossroad and need to figure out their ball movement or else this season is going to be ugly
