Sorry for the lack of blog for the last few weeks…..i recognize that most of you have nothing to do on Tuesdays but the blow back of not completing a recap or synopsis for a 30+ mens basketball league was a bit over the top….one league member went as far as writing his own recap for each game last week. I don’t want to embarrass anyone but his name rhymes with Rave Fills and he writes a pretty weak blog from what I saw. Either way, there is no excuse for missing 2 straight weeks so I will commit to completing a timely blog moving forward.

We are officially in the 2nd half of the year and things are panning out as expected……team Carroll is dominating, team O’Malley is in last place (tied actually ,thanks Mac) and team DeCarlo is finally back down to earth and proving me right….i knew they stunk the whole time.

Mid Season Awards

MVP—Team Carroll. This team is so stacked that they all (starting 5, not wills) deserves this honor

guy who almost died in the summer but survived award—–Mark Manzke

Rookie of the year

Tim McGinty —outside of his 30 second free throw meditation strategy, he is living up to the #1 draft pick status
Dan Fahey—slighted by O’Malley after looking him over in the 1st round, has proved he is better than where he was drafted
Brendan Coleman—–Harrigan gets zero credit for this as I literally assigned him to team Harrigan. You are welcome Brian

Artist of the year

Kyle Adams

Guy that was the rookie of the year and MVP in the first 2 weeks and now is back to just a great bar guy

Rich Konopka
