LAST NIGHT OF THE REGULAR SEASON. EVERYONE SHOULD MAKE A CONCERTED EFFORT TO GET OUT TO THE BAR and TRY AND KEEP YOURSELF OFF THE ALL-SHAME TEAM. FOUR OR FIVE SPOTS ARE ALREADY LOCKED UP. NEXT YEAR THE NUMBER 1 SEED WILL GO TO THE TEAM WITH THE BEST BAR ATTENDANCE. AT LEAST JASON AND KEITH WILL HAVE A SHOT AT THE NUMBER 1 SEED THIS WAY.
Bye -Team Statham
6:00 – Spadoni v. Healy -10 -will Healy grab the win and put the pressure on Team O’Malley to win or will Team Spadoni pull off the upset and make O’Malley’s game anti-climatic. Even without Mariner or Derrick Team Healy should roll in this one with a distinct size advantage. Without Harrigan, Team Spadoni has no chance at the upset. The Badon- Koll match-up should be fun to watch. My money will be on 49 year-old Badon to totally shut down Koll.
7:00- Bernard v. Mikuzis -7 – In the “who cares” Game -not sure why they just play this game as the Play-In game and be done with it. Both teams will be trying to send a message to the other in an attempt to plant some seeds of doubt for the re-match a couple weeks from now. Either way, the winner gets to play the number one seed which will end their season no matter what.
8:00- Shimko v. Wagner -6- Shimko will be playing short-handed without Bendo and a few others so unless Alex puts up 40 this game will be over early. Team Wagner needs a win of any kind to try and get some momentum going into the play-offs- still Team Wagner is a team that could be one and done or win it all.
9:00- Manzke v. O’Malley -8- the outcome of this game will depend on whether this is a must win game for Team O’Malley(meaning Healy won the their game) or a meaningless game. to them. This game does impact Team Manzke’s play-off seeding which could go from 3-7 depending on if they win and what happens in the 6:000 game and the 8:00 game. If the game is meaningful for booth teams it could have a play-off feel to it with the intensity be ratcheted way up and Manzke could walk away with the upset. Look for Joey “WHITE CLAW” DeCarlo to be the X factor for the 3rd week in a row.*
*Never mind Healy Choked last week so the first seed is locked up by O’Malley regardless of what happens
