The bar attendance seems to be getting lower and lower each week with many players yet to step into Dingers a single time. Last week could have something to do with a post-holiday drying out period. Hopefully, we can do better in the upcoming weeks.

Bye- Spadoni

6:00- Wagner -4  v. Statham -no Wagner  no K. Statham(some lame excuse about having a baby last week-yes last week). These two teams match-up fairly well. Team Statham  trying to bounce back and lose that bad taste in their mouth after a bad loss last week. The key for team Statham will be stopping Packy and Bendo. Young Statham will be the “x” factor since his brother will not be there.

7:00-  B. Healy v.  J. Healy -15 – this could have been a good match-up but with the loss of  McAvoy the game loses all of its luster. In addition, B. Healy will only have 5 guys(no Connor Sullivan and possibly no Maloney) this one may be over by half-time. J. Healy will move to 4-0 as they continue to take advantage of short-handed teams so we don’t know if they are for real just yet. They have been promises of a double Healy showing at Dingers tonight which will be a first this year. The B.S. and excuses will be flowing fast and furious.

8:00- O’Malley  v. McEldowney -6 (upset special- however with no McCann at the game it really is a not an upset). A very convincing win last week over a short-handed Team Manzke but Team McEldowney will need to prove that win was not a fluke. Rob could have a field day. A match-up between two summer league teammates, Spain and O’Malley should be fun. McEldowney and they will be missing Bedell so if they can thread water until McEldowney  arrives the upset should still happen.

9:00- Manzke v, Harrigan -15, in a classic defense v. offense match-up. Team Harrigan will prevail. Manzke v. K. Harrigan will be fun to watch but Team Manzke will be short-handed so this game should not be close. Baker and Linane might even get to touch the ball a few times. Team Harrigan should put up 80 points tonight.
