Bye- Team Back On track
00- Statham – 4 v. O’Malley- both teams should be at full strength(although one of their starters will be late) with Team Orange looking to avenge their earlier loss to O’Malley in which they got off to their typical bad start and could never recover although they made a game out of it in the second half. Team Orange also plans on making a few defensive adjustments that caused them problems in their first match-up. Team O’Malley always gets up a little bit more for team Statham and they have had some epic battles over the years. Rovy on Doug is the match-up to watch and could decide the game. Traditionally, Ryan has gotten the best of Kevin S in their individual match-ups and that will have to change tonight if Orange expects to prevail. Since Black’s bench never plays, it will be up to Orange’s bench to contribute on both ends of the floor. B-Mac will do his best to try and contain McCann with his length but fully expect the Big 3 to carry the load and Orange can not let any one else do any damage.
00- Spadoni -8 v. B. Healy- Team Healy will be without Kessenich and Smallbone(who has yet to recover from last week’s calf injury). Spadoni will be without Koll but Shimko will be there so it will be up to Shimko to carry the load but expect him to see a lot of Lyons which could cause him some problems. With no Koll, Alkhovsky will also have to filling the scoring void left by Koll. B. Healy will have his hands full with Sexton. Expect Fitz to be an “x” factor in this game for Blue and Gollogly for Team Gold. If Team Blue only has 5 it will be hard for them to sty in the game let alone have any chance at the upset.
00-Wagner v. Harrigan -10- Team Grey will be without Linane and Hayes but as long as they have the Harrigan boys they can be anyone on any giving night and tonight Wags will be without Greeno and Bendo. Team Wags will make it close as they always do but in the end Team Harrigan will prevail. If Wags and Packy can contain the Harrigan boys they have a slight slight chance at the upset. They cannot afford to dig a deep hole like they did last week.
00- Manzke v. McEldowney -5 (upset special) Team McEldowney might still be on a high after their thrilling 2 OT win over Orange but they are facing one of the hottest teams in the league. Team Manzke will rely predominantly on Manzke, Sexton and McGelligot to get it done while Team Green has a deeper team. Gainer could be the “x” factor but he will have to convert the opportunities he gets down low.. The tough match-up for Team Manzke will be Fahey who is finding a groove after a couple games to get his feet wet. Look for McNulty, Sexton and McGelligot to give a shot at it but if they can not stop Fahey there is zero chance of an upset. Spain could be the “X” factor #2 for Team Green if Team Red devotes too much attention to stopping Fahey and leaves Spain open to do his thing.
