Bye -4 over  Wagner

Parity oh Parity- 5 teams tied for the top spot with a couple of match-ups featuring a battle for the top spot. One-third of the way though and it is anybody’s race.

All teams need to step up their BAR game.

6:00- Spadoni -4 v. McEldowney  – Team McEldowney received some bad news- Rob Knapczyk, their first round draft pick and playing as well as anyone in the league,  unfortunately sustained a torn meniscus and is out for the year. A replacement  player will be named shortly. Spadoni will also be without their first round pick-Shimko- and we all know he is the best player on that team. Team Mac won last week without Rob but I do not think they will be able to do it again. Look for Gollogly to be the X factor for Team Spud because  he is growing tired of being in his cousin’s considerable shadow and not getting enough credit for Team Spud’s early success.  Alkovsky is playing like a man on a mission. Are you paying attention Team Orange? If Team Green wins two in a row without Rob they could become the early favorite to win it all. Of course, a win over Team O’Malley may not be as impressive as it use to be so maybe we should hold of on the coronation ceremony and Team Yellow will have a lot to say before it is over. Look for Guinane to be the X factor tonight for Team Green.

7:00-O’Malley -7  v. Manzke- Manzke has some weird virus-no not that one- more like the Corona virus but his entire team has been playing like they have been infected by a virus lately. Sexton and McGelligot will be forced to carry the load but I am afraid it will not be enough. Slight  chance of an upset if Team O’Malley lets their guard down. Team O’Malley’s bench might even see the floor this game. McGelligot will be the x-factor for Team Manzke. Egan, now that Ryan has taken off the shackles and given him the green light to shoot, appears ready to show what he can do and the sky is the limit. Could the whispers of HOOPS slowing down be true or is he battling some unknown injuries? Sure did not look like himself last week. Is the Magic Chemistry that propelled Team O’Malley to the Championship last year starting to unravel?

8:00-Statham v. Healy a/k/a NOT SO LONELY AT THE TOP ANYMORE -5- Since Captain Healy starting puffing his chest about holding the number 1 spot his team has dropped 2 in a row. They had a bad lost last week but were missing Hunt-the straw that stirs the drink so they should bounce back this week although they will be missing Blough and Vito who will be missing the game to save himself for his bowling night. Team Statham still struggling to figure out their identity despite having a winning record-they just can’t seem to get all the cylinders firing at once last week it took some late game heroics from B-MAC and young Statham. If they are going to win this game they are going to have to play well early and figure out a way to stop Slager and Carroll. Alkofer off the bench will be the X factor for Team Healy. Gierhahn will be the x-factor for Team Statham.

9:00- Healy v. Harrigan -8- this will gives everyone a better idea how Team Blue will fare the rest of the way as Lyons makes his debut. This could be the Viagra they have been waited for. However,  It may take him a game or two for him get his sea legs and figure out his teammates but the arrow is pointing up for Team Healy. Team Harrigan has been playing as good as anyone and have shot up the power rankings. They have the size with Baker and Linane to match-up with Smallbone and B. Healy and might have the slight age offensively. Kessenich will be the X factor for Team Healy especially with Fitz out they are going to need for him to score a ton. Harrigan has the best offensive team in the league but they have a lot of mouths to feed. with the high volume shooting Harrigan boys it will be tough to keep everyone happy. It will also interesting to see if they can bring the same defensive intensity as they did last week.
