Bye- Team Statham
00- O’Malley over Manzke -very close game that was not decided until the final minutes-with a clutch shot by Egan and an uncharacteristic steal by O’Malley. Team O’Malley continues to use a play- off rotation six games into the season. Nothing like receiving these encouraging words from your captain: “Great f#$@ing shot but if you do that again I will f#$@ing kill you!”. Meanwhile, DeCarlo remains in the coach’s doghouse. We need to et to the bottom of this.
00- Benard over Mikuzis- Team Bernard finally gets their first win.
00- Shimko over Wagner-anther well played game with Bendo leading the way for Team Shimko and Packy doing everything he could to keep his team in the game. Welcome back Dan Bedell -as predicted he could be the 3rd option Team Shimko needs contributing 3 3s. Team Wagner was missing Hayes, P. J, and Baker which might have changed the outcome. Not might- it definitely would have.
00- Healy over Spadoni- Team Healy stays on a roll with a convincing win over Team Spadoni. This is what happens when one team plays defense and the other team does not. Team Healy did not need a third scoring option in this one but could could back to haunt them as the season progresses as they just can’t seem to get their entire starting line-up involved in the offense. Sexauer had his best game of the year and maybe Team Healy finally has realized that the road to success involves Sexauer driving the car or at least being a passenger.
